Our first stop of the day was at the little village of Invermoriston. The sun burst from behind the clouds just as we walked down the steps of the bus, throwing the world into an array of colours.
We drove on to the famous Loch Ness, where half the group went hunting for Nessie and the other half went hunting for lunch.
We warmed up at Inverness with a shot of Scottish whiskey.
As our group crowded into the one of the Clava Cairns, someone made a joke time travel (a reference to the Outlander series). Everyone laughed and, for a moment, pretended to be sucked back in time.
